Our
environment here is set in the Caribbean of ages ago. Land.
Ocean. Sky. Consciousness. Simple living and
luxurious giving if you wish to participate in the optional
volunteer activities which
will in turn give back to the community of women on the island.
This retreat brings adventure, relaxation, joy and giving...a
mindful way to set your personal compass for inner reflection and
personal knowledge.

What
to Expect on this Retreat
This
time is your own however and you are free to come and go as
you please, enjoy additional spa services, or excursions, or
even curl up by the pool with a book. There will be plenty of
time for hiking, exploring, learning, and opening. This
retreat offers you the opportunity to “set your compass”
and explore your sense of adventure, while communing with
nature as Nature intended.
The
resort comprises 35 rustic luxury cottages suspended on wooden
posts amidst 55 acres tropical forest, each with a private
outdoor shower and the sound of ocean surf. Daily adventure
tours are a highlight and include private guides and
instructors for daily yoga and all outdoor activities, healthy
gourmet meals, cooking classes, beach snorkeling and picnic
trips, spa treatments and wellness meditations.
This
is our third Retreat with Jungle Bay, and we are thrilled to
head back for more adventure, and pampering!
