practice in religious, philosophical, metaphysical and
cultural history. She has created a variety of
alternative methods for celebrating life and seeing the "sacred"
in simplicity. Her
knowledge offers students and clients a unique insight
for celebrating life through play, adventure, insightful
meditation and honoring
one's innate wisdom. "I believe Bliss is in the

believe play is the perfect companion for one's spirit.
Women are excellent 'jugglers' and we can easily handle
all our roles in work, our relationships, our children,
our friendships, other family members...pets...plants,
and personal goals.!! On retreat, we get to put
these roles aside and just simply be. Be
ourselves...no demands, no schedules, no
expectations. The only elements we are asked to recognize
are: air, sand, sky and ocean. It is these
moments, we take to honor our core selves that we become
rejuvenated, centered, and balanced again.

As owner and creator of LUX World Travel, her goal has
been, and continues to be the art of producing wellness
retreats and vacations for clients who value yoga,
health, fitness, and all forms of wellness into their
lives. From solo-customized spiritual journeys, to
a simple short spa getaway, she and her staff prepare
each vacation individually to meet client's needs,
preferred styles of travel, and sense of
adventure. Meditation guidance is optional on all
group retreats, is included, and is available either in
group or private sessions.
LUX World Travel has been a huge success, which has
allowed Melinda to expand into other niche markets
offering Safari Woman as a women’s only luxury safari
company; Always Magical, which focus on Disney and
family vacations; and Indigo Roads, a company, which
offers spiritual insight, daily meditations and
reflections, as well as in-depth spiritual tours.
In addition to producing niche market travel, Melinda is
currently involved creating several publications for the
Indigo Roads brand to include: “Mastering the Void,”
and “Communicating with the Inner You.”
Because
she is well versed in Christian beliefs, Buddhist
philosophy, Metaphysical consciousness, and Vedic
Healing Arts, her meditation workshops, and methods of
gentle
teaching expands one’s self knowledge to a deeper
level. She brings insight by guiding participants to
engage in a practice of mindfulness to embrace a
centered awareness that honors one's spirit on multiple
levels.
